This blend is made with first flush Kukicha, dried Yuzu chips, and a hint of Matcha. Since Yuzu is usually available only in the winter in Japan, the stock is often limited.

Flavor Profile

Mild green vegetable flavor of Kukicha is perked up by the unique citrus flavor of Yuzu while the Matcha adds a little sweetness.

Ingredients

First flush Kukicha, yuzu chips & a hint of matcha

Suggested Brew

1 heaping tsp per 4oz of 180F water for 60 seconds.

2nd Cup: Use boiling water and steep 15 sec

Cup Conversion

1 ounce makes about 8 cups
