A lightly oxidized oolong from Taiwan using the SiChiChun cultivar from Ming Jian, Nantou County. It is Eco farmed (it takes about 3 to 4 years to change over to Organic). It is lightly oxidized and tightly rolled in wrapped cloth about 40 times to get the tiny balls.
