Black tea, lemon peel, cloves, cinnamon, oatmeal (natural quick & rolled oats), cane sugar, apple pieces, cream powder, expeller pressed canola oil, whole milk powder, mineral sea salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid, raisins, natural & artificial flavor

1.5 tsp in 8 ounces of boiling water for 3-4 minutes

1 ounce makes about 8 cups
